Updated the BSA Troop 111 "Activities page" to reflect the scheduled events for 2004 - 2005. Added links to documents related to the October Canoe Trip.
Added a link to the "BSA TROOP 111 - Outing Approval Form" to top of the Activities page for the 2004 - 2005 Activities.
Added link to download the "Troop 111 Counselor List" spreadsheet from the Merit Badge Counselors page.

Updated insurance information on the 2004 edition of the Tour Permit Excel Spreadsheet template.
Added the Jan, Feb, and March Troop 111 Newsletters to the website. Mr. Smith asked that I let you know that he added some additional birthdays and made some corrections to one or two birth dates on the March newsletter.
Changed the "Main Menu", on the left side of the website's pages, to a smaller font size so more entries are visible. Also, I added a new entry to the "Tour Permits" directly from the "Main Menu" to make it easier to find. This link brings you to the "password protected" section of the website so you will need to enter the username and password in order to see or download it.

New 2004 edition of the Tour Permit Excel Spreadsheet template with updated the insurance worksheet. This is only a template, it must be downloaded, edited, printed and reviewed in detail before it is faxed to the office in Baton Rouge. Pay attention for cells with yellow highlight which normally requires your input! To find it go to the "Troop Rolodex" page.
Updated the Activity List 2003 - 2004 page due to the Black Creek backpacking trip being cancelled in February and reschedule in March.

I added the 2001 Camp Daniel Boone pictures provided by Mr. Stevens. You can find these within the "2001" folder of pictures. See instruction on the 1/3/2004 What's New entry below.

Added the new menu entry named "Pictures". This leads to a password protected a picture directory. The password for this section is the same as for the "Rolodex".
I added the 2003 Camp Daniel Boone pictures provided by Mr. Stevens. You can find these within the "2003" folder of pictures.
Just below the title line the folder path is displayed. When you see this folder path you can click on any part of the folder path to move back to previous folders in the path.
The folder of pictures will initially show up as "thumbnail" pictures first for faster loading. You can scroll through the "thumbnail" pictures using the buttons at the bottom right of the "thumbnail" screen and you can see how many "thumbnail" pages exist for this folder. When you see one that you want to see maximized just click on that "thumbnail" image and the normal sized picture will load.
To view the entire picture, use the scroll bars on your browser's window to scroll left/right/up/down. If you want to just go to the next or previous picture without going back to the top to see the "thumbnail" image, there are previous and next scrolling arrows, with a counter, that is displayed just above each larger picture.

Under the "Troop Rolodex" page I have added a link to the video clip that Mr. Steve Bordelon provided of Troop 111's Flag Raising Ceremony at Camp Daniel Boone.
Also on this same "Troop Rolodex" page I have added additional instructions about downloading the Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet for Troop Tour Permits.
I put these links under the "Troop Rolodex" page so that they would be behind the password protected directory.

Added a BSA Local Tour Permit form in an Excel spreadsheet template which has been updated with our troop information for adults to use when planning trips. Thanks to Mr. Rowalt for updating the template form with our troop specific information. There is a link added just above the activities list on the Activities Page which is available by clicking on the "Activity List 2002 - 2003" menu item. This link will not do the download but it will instead send you to the "rolodex" page. Below the Adult and Youth rolodex links is a new link for the download of Excel spreadsheet template. In order to download the template you will need to provide the same username and password that is required for the rolodex information, which is why I put the download link on the rolodex page because it already contains the username and password instructions. Here is a link to the "Troop Rolodex" which is also available as a menu item.

I added a link for the "Bogue Chitto River Tubing Trip" scheduled for June 21, 2003 which has information provided by Mr. Rowalt to help everyone understand the outing and prepare for the trip. You can view it by starting from the main menu and clicking on the "Activity List 2002 - 2003" menu item. Re-created the Troop Rolodex Adult and Scout Reports "Troop Rolodex". Remember that you will need to know the passwords for each report in order gain access to them. If you don't remember the passwords, please contact the webmaster via e-mail and request instructions. The data is from our current TroopMaster database but the data is not 100% accurate. The new Ranks and Troop positions were not in the database when the data used to create the report was extracted last week. Well, what is here is better than nothing, which is what we had for the last week or two after my C:\ drive failure.

We have moved our website hosting to a web hosting business site as of January 2002.
I have created a Troop Calendar for February through August 2002. The calendar opens in a new browser window so, when you are done don't forget to close it.
I have updated most of the data based on the latest information available. One exception is the troop rolodex which I hope to have updated soon.
If you see errors, please contact the webmaster via e-mail and let me know what needs to be changed.
